## Ordering You choose a bouquet, add a message and any extras, and give us the recipient, address and date. ## Making the bouquet The bouquet is arranged on the day of delivery from fresh flowers. ## Delivery We deliver across Burgas within the time window you selected. Orders placed before 16:00 are usually delivered the same day. ## If the recipient is not there We call you to agree a new time or an alternative handover.
